• This is a non-commercial, parent-to-parent service. It is not a taxi, limousine or school-transport operator, and it takes no fare or commission.
• Any money exchanged between parents is a voluntary contribution toward fuel, arranged directly between them. The platform is not a party to it.
• Parents are responsible for their own vehicle, licence, insurance and for satisfying themselves about anyone they share a car with.
• The platform provides introductions only and is not liable for the conduct of any user or for anything that happens on a shared ride.
• Accounts are limited to parents and guardians of enrolled pupils.
